She is a PhD candidate at the Department of Science and Culture of Well-Being and Lifestyles, Università di Bologna. Her PhD research explores the topic of cultural sustainability by dealing with the analysis of Eurocentrism in the fashion industry, with a focus on cultural appropriation. Moreover, she is currently exploring the use of stereotypes and imaginaries in Made in Italy. She also serves as a Junior Fellow at the CFC, Culture Fashion and Communication International Research Centre Bologna University where she has been lecturer for the Crash Courses of the MA programme in Fashion Studies.
