Alessandro Sala is contract professor in Project Management at Politecnico di Milano and is member of Leadin’ Lab - Lab on Leadership, Design and Innovation. He obtained his Ph.D. in Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering on Innovation Policy. He has a broad experience in management of innovation projects, adoption of digital technologies in production processes, technological due diligence. He worked as policy advisor and Project Manager for public governments with more than 20 years’ experience on projects about Regional Innovation System, Open Innovation, foresight, clusters, start-up. Since 2008 he has been Adjunct Professor at Polimi GSOM, holding lessons and workshops on traditional and Agile Project Management for companies, professionals and public bodies. He is the author of articles published in scientific journals and co-author of the book "The attractiveness of regional policies for research and innovation".
